Mr T’s Catering

Mr T B&WTony is the man who brought everything together for Feast on the Street.

One of the original founders and still a director of the company, Tony is an ex TV producer, musician and restaurant owner, he has traveled the world sampling street food at every available opportunity, often finding it was better than restaurant food!

His mobile food business,which he started six years ago, includes some of those traveling influences  – pulled pork being a prime example of a recipe he got and adapted from South Carolina.

Mr T is now one of only 200 street food traders to be featured and recommended in the British Street Food app. (these are the people who started this whole trend off in the UK!) It’s a recommendation he is honored to receive and, if you can get a word in, he’ll tell you about the time he spent trying to eat on board a nuclear submarine at sea whilst it was diving to 300 feet!

Pulled Pork, made with local rare breed pork, Mr T’s own barbeque smokey spice rub (contains, amongst other wonderful things, Colman’s Mustard!) and cooked long and slow. Served with homemade beer barbeque sauce, and a “no mayo” apple ‘slaw.. Served with or without a roll.Mr T Pork

Slow cooked lamb shoulder served with homemade beer barbeque sauce, and a “no mayo” apple ‘slaw. Served with or without a roll.

Bison Burger – direct from the wilds of the USA! served with a locally made bourbon onion chutney and salad. Yeeha!
