ProperPizzaNow here at Feast on the Street we love Pizza.

The great thing about pizza is that from the dough base you can really let your imagination run riot with the choice of toppings.

James and his team at The Proper Pizza Co have been producing pizzas from their traditional wood fired oven since late 2008 and must be one of the busiest mobile pizza companies in the area.

Mixing the more traditional toppings with modern flavours their menu changes all the time and incorporates local, seasonal ingredients wherever possible – such as wild garlic, local goat’s cheese and Norfolk rare breed charcuterie.
